Jamie Shaddix - Chief Executive Officer
Jamie has held executive position within the manufacturing & service industries for over 25 years. Before joining the VIRTEX team Jamie was the CEO of 9W halo, and also served as Group Vice President of Military, Aerospace & Industrial Manufacturing Services at Sparton.
Jamie is an inspirational executive with a proven track record of shaping organizational vision and successful supporting strategy in both rapid growth and turnaround organizations. He can build and coach high performing teams which transform organizations, accelerate growth both organically and through acquisition, and drive operational excellence. Jamie is able to link vision with strategy and define key imperatives and initiatives to deliver extraordinary outcomes. Jamie is a Lean and Six Sigma champion, a natural change agent with a passion for continuous improvement in all areas.
History
Jamie will play a crucial role leading the organization in expanding current customer relationships and onboarding new customers as we continue to share our value proposition with others in our target markets. Jamie is a leader who believes in understanding customer issues and sharing how Virtex can partner to solve them. Having already led organizations with a national and international footprint, & customer base, Jamie is well positioned lead Virtex through our next phase of growth.
