SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - Plano, TX
VIRTEX, a champion of equal opportunity and affirmative action, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Site Controller, this role is integral to ensuring our accounting operations are precise and efficient.
- Complete accurate accounting records and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Oversee the month-end close process, including various reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Manage and mentor the junior accounting team.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, cash postings, tax filings, and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile fixed assets, general ledger accounts, and bank accounts.
- Prepare sales tax reports and assist in preparing tax and government reports.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, material costs, and overhead to determine impacts on business activity.
- Conduct credit checks and resolve customer disputes and discrepancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SyteLine ERP is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and maintain high levels of organization and accuracy.
PROCESS ENGINEERS - All Locations
VIRTEX is looking for a Process Engineers for all its Manufacturing Facilities. Successful candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in PCBA assembly. Due to ITAR Restrictions, US Citizenship or green card is required.
- Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results, Documentation Skills, ability to settle process related customer issues.
- Develop process systems or procedures for following through on engineering services and related procedures, and commitments.
- Ensures that an accurate recording system is maintained on all process related equipment and proposals submitted by or from customers.
- Develops and implements effective and efficient process engineering service programs.
- Minimum of 4 live project roll outs.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Coordinate and conduct process engineering service activities with customers and manufacturing.
- Flexibility, as work priority could change during the day.

VIRTEX is looking for a Line Technicians for all its Manufacturing Facilities. Due to ITAR Restrictions, US Citizenship or green card is required.
- Looking for SMT line experience or production assembly background.
- Be able to build and assembly customer deliverables.
- Experience with Microscope SMT parts and small gauge wiring.
- R and D environment, work priority could change during the day.
- No education requirements, solely looking for SMT Line experience.
- Basic PC skills, communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Interpersonal skills, working with engineers and managers.
SOLDER TECHNICIANS - All Locations
VIRTEX is looking for a Solder Technicians for all its Manufacturing Facilities. Due to ITAR Restrictions, US Citizenship or green card is required.
- Looking for SMT soldering experience or an equivalent background.
- Solder repairs and modifications for engineering support and customer deliverables.
- Strong soldering skills.
- No education requirements, solely looking for strong soldering background.

QUALITY INSPECTORS - All Locations
VIRTEX is looking for a Quality Inspectors for all its Manufacturing Facilities. Due to ITAR Restrictions, US Citizenship or green card is required.
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
- Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.
- Flexibility, as work priority could change during the day.
- High School diploma.
- Analyzing Information , Reporting Research Results, Documentation Skills.
- Strong social skills, Basic PC skills.
- Ability to perform detailed inspections of components and materials utilized in the assembly of circuit cards.
