With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the defense and commercial aerospace sectors, Dave brings deep expertise in complex, mission-critical contract manufacturing services focused on Aerospace and Defense.
Since joining Virtex, Dave has been instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, executing strategic growth plans, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve enterprise goals. His background includes full P&L accountability, multi-site oversight, and leadership across sales, quoting, pricing, contract negotiations, customer relationship management, and program execution.
At Virtex, Dave is focused on fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture—working closely with operations, engineering, and executive leadership to support customer success and market expansion. He is passionate about mentoring teams, driving alignment, and ensuring the voice of the customer is represented in every strategic initiative.
Dave holds a degree in Aeronautics and Aerospace Science and Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
