With over 20 years of executive leadership in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, Jamie brings a proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver results in highly regulated and complex markets.
Prior to joining Virtex, Jamie led the MilAero Division at Sparton, where he oversaw multi-site operations in the U.S. and Asia, driving both organic and inorganic growth. He also served as CEO of Angelica, where he successfully steered the company through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Jamie’s leadership experience spans public, private, and private equity-backed companies, with a strong track record in turnaround initiatives, M&A due diligence and integration, and long-term strategic growth.
At Virtex, Jamie is focused on strengthening the company’s position as a trusted EMS partner in the Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Industrial sectors—accelerating performance through operational discipline, close customer collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Jacksonville State University and an MBA from Samford University.
