Since joining Virtex in April 2023, Jeffrey has focused on driving financial discipline, enhancing transparency, and supporting the organization’s long-term growth through strategic decision-making and operational insight.
With a diverse background in corporate finance, restructuring, and advisory leadership, Jeffrey brings extensive experience working with private equity-backed companies and manufacturing-driven businesses. Prior to Virtex, he was a Managing Director in the restructuring practice of a national consulting firm, where he advised clients on business plan development, cash flow forecasting, and turnaround strategies across a variety of industrial sectors.
At Virtex, Jeffrey is building a high-performing finance organization that empowers data-driven decisions and sustainable value creation. He partners closely with the executive leadership team to guide capital structure, manage liquidity, and support enterprise-wide performance and growth initiatives.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science from Alabama A&M University, a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an MBA from the University of Virginia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
