Rob brings a uniquely diverse background across engineering, operations, and executive leadership. His prior roles include Chief Technology Officer, Plant Manager, Lean Consultant, and Controls Engineer, with deep experience in the automotive, electronics contract manufacturing, and healthcare services sectors. He has also led numerous M&A initiatives—managing greenfield startups, facility closures, consolidations, and organizational restructures across global manufacturing environments.
At Virtex, Rob is focused on building the infrastructure and systems that empower teams, elevate data-driven decision-making, and improve visibility and efficiency across the business.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Optics from a U.S. university, an MBA from a Canadian institution, and a JD in Law from the United Kingdom—bringing a rare combination of technical, business, and legal insight to his leadership role.
