With an international HR career spanning North America and Europe, Sophie-Anne brings deep expertise in multi-site operations, change management, organizational design, production transfers, compensation and benefits, and scalable HR frameworks. Her background includes leading human resources teams across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, France, and the U.K., aligning global strategies with local execution to build inclusive, high-performing environments.
At Virtex, she is focused on establishing a cohesive and consistent HR structure that enhances employee engagement, strengthens talent development, and supports sustainable business growth. Her leadership approach is centered on fostering connection, supporting diversity, and empowering teams to thrive.
Sophie-Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Louvain-La-Neuve University (UCL) in Belgium, a Master’s degree in Labor Law from Brussels University (ULB), and an Advanced Master’s in Human Resources Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
